I had always heard that Pilates helped you become stronger and more
flexible. I finally decided to try it after spending a fortune and a
lot of time at the chiropractor's office.
I have a few physical quirks, such as problem shoulder, a subtle pronation
when I walk, and a slightly curved spine.

I've
never enjoyed exercising before, but I enjoy my time at the studio
tremendously. I feel that I'm doing something positive for my health, and
also enjoy the meditative aspects of the work.
