Body Evolutions Studio Offers:
How do I get started?
Getting started on your
GYROTONIC® or PILATES
fitness
program is very simple
and easy to do. You begin where you feel most comfortable and progress at
your own pace, using the program that best meets your needs. The service
descriptions
below provide information on your options and steps in beginning your
program. Once you find the right match call the studio to make your
first appointment.
Initial Consultation
The Initial Consultation
is designed with the new student in mind. In this One hour
lesson we will discuss your specific health and fitness goals and
needs.
You will also explore breathing techniques, supervised instruction in matwork and exercise on the
Pilates or Gyrotonic®
fitness equipment.
The lessons may also also include the use of
various props (foam roller,
rotating disks, balance boards, Stability Balls, therabands etc.) to
facilitate a better understanding of stretching techniques and
core-strengthening)
Introductory Package Rates for New Students
The Introductory Package
rates are designed for the new student to Body Evolutions. As a
new client to our studio you receive a special one time new student discount
for one-on-one training. This is our way of saying thank you for
choosing Body Evolutions Studio as you fitness choice

Private Lessons
Without a doubt, the most
effective way to begin exploring and understanding
Pilates or
Gyrotonic®
flexibility and
core-conditioning
systems is one-on-one private sessions. Private lessons are the ideal
place to begin for anyone with injuries, health issues or specific training

Semi Private Lessons
Semi
Private Training is the next natural evolution for the student.
In this
setting there are 2-3 students with one trainer and supervision
is split among the group.
Semi privates
are designed to encourage a greater degree of independence
in the learning environment. We ask that you take at
least 10 Private Sessions before considering Semi-Private
lessons. This is to insure your comfort with the technique prior
to joining semi privates and
to allow the instructor to understand your personal needs.

Reformer Series Classes
A series class is a 4-week
commitment. This type of class progresses each week as you review and
build on your knowledge of the techniques taught in the previous weeks.
workshop size is limited in order to better offer you a more personalized
experience. Advances sign up is recommended as there are no drop ins
allowed.

Reformer Series Classes
Every so
often we open our studio as an opportunity for
persons new to our studio to come by and try a FREE mini lesson on the Pilates or Gyrotonic®
equipment. You can find out when the next Open House is
by visiting our

joining our e-mailing list (you can sign up right from or
homepage) or call the studio (408) 559-9700.
Reservations are recommended as space is limited and the
machine demonstrations are on a 1) first reserved or 2) first
come basis.
