Body Evolutions
we
offer a variety of
training programs,
including but not
limited to private
instruction. For
best results, we
recommend
participating in
three or more
Pilates sessions per
week. These sessions
can include a
combination of any
Pilates programs
that we offer.

Mat Classes
by Appointment
Pilates Mat—A
series of exercises
performed in supine,
4-point kneeling,
side-lying, prone,
kneeling and
standing on a mat.
The
exercises are
designed to
strengthen the core
while improving
alignment, balance
and coordination.
Mat classes are
open to the public.
Due to space
limitation we ask
that you reserve
your space in the
class in advance.
Open classes do not
require prior
experience—
Beginners through
advanced are always
welcome! You'll be
given modification
of exercises if
needed so you can
progress at your own
pace.
For
beginners with
little movement
experience, we
recommend taking
a private session
for assessment,
guidance and
learning. For
people with injuries,
private sessions are
strongly
recommended.

Equipment Groups
by Appointment
Group sessions offer
specialized lessons
in an intimate
setting. Students
in each group are at
various levels of
fitness and
understanding of the
exercises.
Modifications are
given to beginners.
Because each group
is limited to size
(max. 5) , you’ll
get individualized
attention with the
energy of a group
setting. To further
support your
learning experience
and development, we
reserve your
standing space in
the group on an
ongoing basis. For
Pilates (equipment)
groups, you’ll
practice the Pilates
exercises using the
Reformer, Chair and
Small Apparatus.
Group Equipment
sessions can be
purchased as class
cards or series
packages.
Lessons are
50 minutes.
Prerequisites
Students
interested in
joining an equipment
group should
schedule an Initial
Session with one of
our experienced
instructors who will
work with you to
develop a program to
best meet your
individual needs and
goals. If groups are
an appropriate
program for you, we
generally require a
minimum of 5
one-on-one Private
Sessions prior to
joining a group in
order to give you
optimum results and
a thorough
understanding of our
work and instructor
approval. For
5-Week
Intensives, please
check for any
special
pre-requisites in
the class
description.
Registration
Group sessions
are by appointment
only. Please call
the studio to
register for your
spot. To further
support your
learning experience
and development, we
reserve your
standing space in
the group on an
ongoing basis. You
may join a wait list
for any group that
is full with
standing
appointments — we
will contact you
whenever a spot
opens up. For
Pre-Registering
sessions, you can
sign up to reserve
your spot — the
group will start
once a minimum of 3
students register.
Cancellations
As with all
scheduled
appointments, please
allow a minimum
of 24 hours
cancellation notice
or there will be a
full service charge.
Form Your Own Group
Bring in 3 people to
form a Quad (4
persons in a
reformer class) and
get your package
FREE. Everyone must
prepay for the same
package. Special
applies to first
purchased package
