Thank you for becoming a member of our studio! We know you have other choices for Pilates training and appreciate that you have chosen Body Evolutions. 

Your credit card will be charged every 30 days for the next 3 months. If after 3 months, you decide you want to cancel your membership, please send us an email and we will stop charging your card. No refunds are issued.

FAQ

Q. I am going out of town for 3 weeks. Can I freeze my membership?
A. Yes, up to 90 days and with advance notice to the studio by email. A $15 administrative fee will be charged to your credit card for every 30 day period that your membership is frozen.

Q. I was out of town for the last 3 weeks and haven't been in class. Can I retroactively freeze my membership?
A. No.

Q. I have been on the Pilates Mat Membership for 2 months but I want to get fit faster. Can I switch to the Reformer Plus Monthly?
A. Yes, you can upgrade at any time as long as you meet the prerequisites. Please email us your request.

Q. I have been on the Reformer Plus Membership for 2 months but I can no longer attend the reformer classes that you have on your schedule.  Can I switch to the Pilates Mat Membership Monthly?
A. You can make any changes to your membership once your first 3 months are up
. Please email us your request.

Q. The credit card I have given you expired 2 months ago, but I have been coming to class…
A. You are on our Unpaid list.  A $15 Unpaid fee
will be charged to your account. Please provide us with a new Visa or MasterCard ASAP.

Q. Can the Unpaid fee be waived?
A. No.

Q. I am on the Reformer Plus Membership and had prescheduled an appointment, but I couldn’t make it at the last minute.  Will I be charged?
A. Yes,
there is late cancellation fee if you cancel with less then 24 hours notice.  A $25 Late Cancellation fee will be charged to your account.  

Due to limited machine availability and in consideration of students on our waitlist we kindly ask for 24 hours notice of cancellation.  The 24 hour notice allows us the time to try and fill the empty slot. 

Q. Can the Late Cancellation fee be waived?
A. No.

Q. I am on the Reformer Plus Membership and have used up my once a week reformer classes and would like to attend more classes, but my membership billing isn’t due for 15 more days.  Can I pay for reformer classes individually?           

A. Yes, additional reformer classes may be purchased in the form of a class card.      Please click here for current pricing.

Thank you for purchasing a Multiple Class Package. Our Multiple Class Packages expire after 180 days.

We do our best to keep our records up to date.  Please help us by signing in every time you come in before the start of your lesson.  If our records do not match yours, please let us know.

If you have run out of classes and have kept coming, you will show as “Unpaid”. There is a $15 fee for group classes and  $35 fee for reformer classes every time you go under. You can simply avoid that by paying with a Visa or MasterCard and opting that we automatically renew your same package after it runs out.

Fee Structure
Sessions may be purchased individually, in the form of a membership or at a reduced rate in packages of five, ten, twenty, thirty and forty sessions. All packages expire 6 months (180 days) from date of purchase are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

 

Refunds: Pilates and Gyrotonic® requires a commitment of time, energy and money.  All private training and group mat and reformer multiple class packages expire 6 months (180 days) from date of purchase.  Lessons must be completed by this date or you forfeit the balance of lessons unless stated otherwise in writing.  Class card packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.   Please choose your programs wisely.

FAQ

Q. I haven't come to group class for over a year, is my package still valid?
A. No, it expires after 180 days.

Q. I am on the 20 session package and usually come in Mondays @ 7pm, but next week I can’t make it to that class.  Can I join a mat class on a different day and time next week?
A. Yes.

Q. I am on the 20 session package and usually come in twice a week, but this week I could only come to class once.  Can I come 3 times next week?
A. Yes.  It's better to be consistent, but we understand that schedule changes do occur.

Studio Etiquette

Body Evolutions is a place of tranquility. Since serenity is so important for body mind conditioning we ask that you please respect the privacy of Body Evolutions students and their wish to experience personal renewal in complete tranquility. We ask that your noise level not disturb our other students.

 

Please refrain from the use of cellular phones and pagers. We ask that you please turn off cell phones before entering the studio.

 

Let your instructor know of any concerns, special needs, or questions prior to your appointment. Also, if you are pregnant, please communicate this to the instructor at the time of booking.

 

Practice Guidelines

 

To help you experience the optimal benefits from your classes at Body Evolutions Studio, we ask that you observe the following practice guidelines.

 

Attire
Wear athletic clothing that is flexible and non-binding, such as biker shorts, sweats, T-shirts, tights and leotards.
Do not wear socks or baggy clothing. We request that bike shorts or tights be worn underneath loose fitting shorts.

 

Allergies/Perfumes and Colognes
Because some clients may suffer from environmental allergies, we request that you refrain from from wearing perfumes, fragrances, hairspray and colognes in the studio.

 

Food
Mat exercises should be performed on an empty stomach. Ideally, wait three to four hours after a large meal, one to two hours after a light snack.

 

Health Conditions  

Inform the instructor of any serious health conditions such as neck, back or joint injuries, heart disease, high blood pressure, recent surgery, and pregnancy.

 

Medications
Do not practice while under the influence of alcohol or drugs (including prescribed drugs) which may alter your ability to judge your physical capabilities.

 

Menstrual Cycle and Pregnancy
Female students should advise their instructors if they are having their period or if they are pregnant so that instructors may modify exercise program for the student during class.
