The
flexible design of the Tower's upper and lower pivoting pulleys,
can simulate sports movements of swimming and bicycling for
example, without restricting speed or resistance. |

The tower
leg work combines resistance coming from the top pulleys and the
ability of the legs to extend below the bench into hip extension.
This allows the client to access the hamstrings and lower buttocks
while lengthening the quadriceps and psoas.
The
multi-functional bench also has a collapsible back rest that enables
seated upper torso and cervical exercises. These exercises are effective
in releasing neck and shoulder tension due to stress.
The
GYROTONIC® equipment adjusts to any bodily dimension and guides you through
flowing, 3-dimensional, circular, spiral, twisting and undulating
patterns which originate in the spine. Each movement has a corresponding
flowing breathing rhythm, producing an inner and outer massage,
