Using the Pilates method you can achieve longer,
leaner muscles and a stronger core in as little as
30 sessions.
Learn Pilates on the Equipment!
Whether you're just starting Pilates
or want to freshen up your skills, this class is a
safe, effective and energizing way to do it!
Pilates Equipment Essentials will teach you the
fundamentals and essential Pilates exercises, on the
mat and Pilates equipment—the Reformer and Chair.
Never more than 5 participants per class
so you will get individualized
attention for optimal learning.
We are passionate about Pilates and want you
to be too!
Upon completion of the 5-week
series, students may continue with private
training, repeat the series, or transition
into an ongoing Pilates equipment group,
with instructor approval.
Pilates Equipment Essentials
consists of 1 private training session
plus 4
group equipment sessions.

is open to all levels of students. No
injuries please. Reservations can be made
by contacting Body Evolutions Studio at
(408) 559-9700. This is a tuition-based
course with no make-up sessions offered.

Cancellation Policy
Please allow at least 1 week notice if you
must cancel your registration, otherwise you
will be responsible for the full cost. We
will refund your payment only if we can fill
the slot. Unattended sessions are
nonrefundable. |
