A mix of Reformer and Mat
group exercise programs are offered at various times during the week. Group fitness
classes are designed to encourage a greater degree of independence in the
learning environment while still under the watchful eye of our skilled
instructors.
Our integrated approach to fitness helps
men and women of all ages and fitness abilities improve posture and
flexibility, relieve stress and increase
body tone.
As the studio continues to grow we will
be looking for new and innovative ways to give you body awareness, get you
